EducationEncouraging and equipping teachers, counselors and administrators is a true passion for Mandy. She can connect with them and relate to their mission as she was a classroom teacher for 15 years, has a Masters Degree in Teacher Leadership, and has created and led two district wide programs for a school district of over 21,000 students. She has been invited to over a dozen school districts around Texas and has presented at a number of educational conferences. She can tailor her presentation to fit the needs of your school or district. Her most sought after presentations for educators focus on how to create a culture that fosters grit and a growth mindset, the importance of relationships, mentoring, and becoming a more trauma informed school.
ParentsMandy has worked with parents for years as an educator, and she also draws on her experiences as a mom. Teaching and parenting both require connecting, seeing failure as a necessary component of growth, and fostering resilience and a growth mindset. Mandy has presented to parents in a variety of settings including MOPS groups, PTA groups, and parenting workshops at schools and churches. Her ability to connect as a parent herself and her use of humorous stories leave parents feeling challenged, validated and supported.

CorporateMandy understands that being an impactful leader in the corporate/business world is no different than being an impactful leader in the classroom. Mandy has been the keynote at a leadership retreat for Memorial Hermann Health System, she has presented on the importance of leadership at a Chamber of Commerce event and has shared the importance of relationships and mentoring countless times for a variety of businesses and organizations. Her topics have included, but are not limited to, the power and impact of being intentional in your work and relationships, finding and starting with your Why, and fostering grit and a growth mindset amongst your employees.
SpiritualThe most important relationship in Mandy's life is her relationship with Jesus. She has been the keynote for various women's events at churches and faith based non profits. She has led a devotional for parents and was a Bible Study leader for years. She has been in front of many church congregations speaking on the importance of mentoring and connecting with young people in the community. She can speak to any topic that you are wanting to bring to your church, organization or group. She can connect it to the Bible and share it in a way that brings it to life and leaves the audience feeling challenged and inspired.

A leader must find a way to disconnect his/her team from the chaos of everyday life and work and re-energize them to continue making a difference. I have had the pleasure of Mandy speaking at my leadership retreats and have been amazed at the reaction from my team. Mandy has a gift to grab your mind and your heart and take you on a journey to re-connect with your purpose. You and your team will walk away with a fresh perspective and a renewed spirit. "
